Debra K. Renftle, 63, of Kenton, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024.
A devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, she enjoyed playing computer games, shopping online, but mostly, spending time with her grandchildren. Debra had a love for animals and a kind heart. She was always willing to help someone in need. She was also a member of the Amvets Post 1994 in Kenton.
Born September 26, 1961 in Willard, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Carol (Baker) Ganzhorn. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Rod Ganzhorn.
In 1985, she married her husband of 39 years, William “Bill” Renftle, and he survives in Kenton. She is also survived by her children, Heidi Fisher of Norwalk, Jordan (Shavelle) Little of Marysville, William Renftle, Jr. of Pensacola, FL and Christina Schultz of Marysville; grandchildren, Jonathon, Christian, Camden, Alex, Noah, William III, Sterling, Braelyn, Aubree and Celeste; a great granddaughter, Aniyah; a sister, Janine Bores; and her brothers, Scott and Tod Ganzhorn.
Services to celebrate Debra’s life will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday, December 27, 2024 at the Wilson Funeral Home, Schnurrenberger Chapel 222 W. Center St. West Mansfield. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday beginning at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Amvets Post 1994.
