Donald L. Norris

Donald L. Norris, 72, of Marysville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at his residence, with his loving family by his side.

A 1970 graduate of Marysville High School, he worked in sales at both Bud’s Marine and Blackhawk Marina at Indian Lake, and also worked in real estate. Having a love for the outdoors, he enjoyed fishing, boating and hunting.

Born September 23, 1952 in Marysville, he was the son of the late George and Virginia (Tiller) Norris. On November 7, 2007, he married Brenda (Combs) Norris, and she preceded him in death on June 18, 2016.

Don is survived by his children, Michael (Cassandra) Norris of Marysville, Suzanne (Benjamin) Holtsberry of North Lewisburg and Dalton Norris of Marysville; grandchildren, Gavin Norris, Courtney Norris, Kody Roberts, Taylor Holtsberry and Waylin Holtsberry; along with his previous wife, Wanda Norris of North Lewisburg.

Services to celebrate Don’s life will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 7, 2025 at the Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel. Burial will follow at the Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 P.M. Sunday, April 6, 2025 at the funeral home.
