John Hornsby

John R. Hornsby, 65, of Marysville, passed away early Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Dublin Methodist Hospital.

A loving husband, father and brother, he was a longtime employee with Bob Evans Restaurants and formerly attended Living Waters Church of God. An avid bowler in his younger years, he also enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR and both Ohio State Football and Basketball.

Born May 26, 1956 in Gallipolis, he was the son of the late John and Grace (Chapman) Hornsby.

On June 8, 1992 in Marysville, he married his wife of over 28 years, Kathy (Boerger) Hornsby and she survives in Marysville. He is also survived by his daughter, Kelly Hornsby of Woodstock; his sisters, Linda (Roger) Neff of Piqua and Carol (Brett) Frankhouser of Marysville; along with nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
