Kathryn E. "Kay" Lee, 93, of Marysville died Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Carriage Court Assisted Living. A farmer's wife, she was retired from O.M. Scott & Sons where she had worked for 30 years in the cost accounting department. A lifetime member of Trinity Lutheran Church, she was a dedicated volunteer for numerous church activities. She was a member of the DORCAS Circle, the Care Committee, and the Sew So Club, and was a former Sunday school teacher. She graduated from Marysville High School in 1941. She was born March 22, 1923 in Marysville, the youngest of five children, to the late Frank M. and Marie Weidman Rupprecht. On March 7, 1943 at Trinity Lutheran Church, she married her husband of 66 years, Leo Lutrelle Lee and he preceded her in death in 2009. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Robert Rupprecht and John Rupprecht and sisters, Rettie Krause and Elsie Guinsler. She is survived by a son, Gary (Marcia) Lee, Marysville; a daughter, Sharon (Tom) Unternaher, San Jose, CA; grandchildren, Ryan (Kristin) Lee, Greg (Christi) Lee, Robert D. (Beth) Rupprecht, Laurie (Tom) Heflin, Timothy Rupprecht and Kathryn Strube; numerous great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Reverend Kathy Reiff will officiate and burial will take place at Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home-Mannasmith Chapel. Memorial contributions in Kay's name may be made to the Lee Family Fund at the Union County Foundation for the benefit of Trinity Lutheran Church or Loving Care Hospice in care of the funeral home.
