Lynda Roxanne Waddell

Lynda Roxanne Waddell, 61, of East Liberty and formerly of Marysville, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at her residence following many years of failing health.

A homemaker, Roxanne was a member of the Marysville Eagles #3605 and loved spending time with her family and friends.

Born July 24, 1961 in Marysville, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Betty (Fultz) Whaley. She married Robert A. Waddell and he preceded her in death on December 25, 2009. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ricky J. and William Todd Whaley and a sister-in-law, Debra Whaley.

She is survived by her sisters, Patricia (James) Holycross of Columbus and Cora (Marvin) Hoffman of East Liberty; a brother, Ronald Whaley of Bellefontaine; nieces and nephews, Angela and James Holycross, Dusty and Misty Hoffman, Cora Bradley, Ronald Whaley II, Miranda Jones and Bryan (Stephanie Garcia) Whaley; several great nieces and nephews; and her dear friend, Nancy Smallwood of East Liberty.

Friends may call from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Friday, November 11, 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel 621 W. Fifth St. Marysville. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 17, 2022 in the Union Cemetery, Milford Center. If desired, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Roxanne to the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center, in care of the funeral home.
