Mary L. James, 79, of Nevada and formerly of West Mansfield, passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at her residence.
Born May 23, 1941 in West Mansfield, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Helen (Broderick) James. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her children, William Gene Morris and Dorothy Louise Jones; her brothers, Louie and Larry James and her partner, Randy Lee Morgan.
Mary worked in the restaurant industry for many years, formerly attended the West Mansfield Church of Christ and enjoyed puzzles, baking and gardening.
She is survived by her brothers, Mack James of Bellefontaine, Johnny (Toni) James of Atwater and Junior James of Bellefontaine; her sisters, Carrie (Chuck) Smith of Bucyrus and Ruth Ann (Bill Blackert) Likens of Harpster and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the Wilson Funeral Home, Schnurrenberger Chapel 222 W. Center St. West Mansfield. A memorial service will follow Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
