Michael Leitch

Michael Richard Leitch, 63, of West Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at his residence.

Born May 23, 1958, he was the son of William R. and Phyllis J. (Petrites) Leitch. His father preceded him in death.

A heavy equipment operator most of his life, Michael was a lover of animals, especially cats and enjoyed spending time outside in nature.

He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Leitch; a son, Ryan (fiancé, Ashely) Leitch; brothers, Craig and David Leitch and a sister, Terry.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00-2:00 P.M. Friday, October 8, 2021 at the Wilson Funeral Home, Schnurrenberger Chapel in West Mansfield. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 P.M. in the Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty. Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
