Steven Wolgamot Sr.

Steven (Steve) Eugene Wolgamot Sr., 61, of West Mansfield, Ohio suddenly passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016. Steve was born June 4, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated from Walnut Ridge High School in 1973. Steve recently retired on July 29 from Honda of America where he worked the past 19 years. He was previously employed for 17 years with The Timken Company. Steve was a hard dedicated worker who always stayed busy and would always put others first. He made his loved ones his number one priority as his mantra was "to enjoy life to the fullest!" Steve was an avid Buckeye and Browns fan and had numerous other hobbies and interests, which included traveling, camping, boating, fishing and his favorite of all, spending time with family and friends. Steve was also a longtime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Fraternal Order of The Eagles and the American Legion. Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Dorothy Wolgamot and sister, Dorothy Furr. Steve is survived by his wife and partner of 23 years, Linda as well as his 6 children, Steven (Jeannine) Wolgamot Jr., Colby (Mallorie) Wolgamot, Shannon (Rob) Gaines, Tania (James) Wolfe, Jamie Gaines, and Shannon (Amber) Wolgamot. His grandchildren, Michael, Rebecca, Kelsey, Taylor, Jordan, Courtney, Mallory, Tyler, Bryanna and Elijah. His sister JoAnn Hemry and his brother, Gary (Pam) Wolgamot. His many nieces and nephews and the rest of his family and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-3 PM and 5-7 PM with a memorial service to follow at 7 PM. on Friday, December 2, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home - Mannasmith Chapel, 621 W. Fifth St., Marysville, Ohio. The family will hold a celebration of Steve's life beginning at 12:00PM Saturday, December 3, 2016 at their home.
