Theresa Organ

Theresa Kay Organ, 60, of Springfield and formerly of Marysville, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Dunbar Health and Rehabilitation in Dayton.
Theresa had a love for animals. She loved feeding the birds, especially her hummingbirds, enjoyed gardening and collected salt & pepper shakers and angels.
She managed the former Shell and now Marathon stations in Marysville for 25 years and later worked at Honda through Scioto Services.
Born June 30, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Dodd) Housman. On December 24, 1980 in Marysville, she married Randy Organ and he survives in Springfield. She is also survived by her daughter, Randi Organ of Springfield; a sister, Treena (Larry) Blue of New Dover; her "adoptive" children, Zach and Brittany Pendell and their daughter, Emmalee; brothers and sisters-in-laws; Darrell Organ, Jr, Ricky Organ, Robert Organ, Ty Organ, Amy (Rodney) Sons, Amanda Organ and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call from 2-4 P.M. Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel where Reverend James Taylor will officiate services to follow at 4:00 P.M. Burial will be held at a later date at the Mt. Herman Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Union County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
