Tianna Reams

Tianna Ann Reams, 22, of Marysville, passed away at home Monday, May 2, 2022 following a courageous, life-long battle with Rett Syndrome.

A 2019 graduate of Marysville High School, she participated in the Tri-State Rett Syndrome Walk for Awareness and the Live Rett Free Walk & 5k for many years. She inspired all who met her through her resolve and ability to radiate a brilliant smile, despite the constraints of Rett Syndrome.

Born September 23, 1999 in Sierra Vista, AZ, she is the daughter of Joshua and Cattreena (Stewart) Reams, and they survive in Marysville. She is also survived by a sister, Sophia Reams and a brother, Xavier Reams, both of Marysville; grandparents, Faylon Stewart of Columbus, Karen Reams and Jerry Mahan, both of Ada.

Tianna was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Essie Slaughter and Carol and Norman Reams.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Tianna will be held from 2-5 P.M. Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the family’s home 2172 Canter St. Marysville.
