Wanda C. Taylor, 95, of Marysville, died Monday, December 5, 2016 at Heartland of Marysville. Born May 10, 1921 in Mount Gilead, she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Velma Violet (Lepp) Creswell. On June 30, 1944, she married her husband of 58 years, Richard F. Taylor and he preceded her in death on September 5, 2002. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca "Becky" Andrews and brother, William Creswell; sisters, Iris Stall and Ruth Schiler and a sister-in-law, Faith Creswell. Surviving is her son, Wes Taylor of Powell; a son-in-law, George Andrews of Ostrander; grandchildren, Jim (Erin) Andrews, Deb (Jeff) Boyd and Dan (Stacy) Taylor; great grandchildren, Taylor and Clara Andrews, Allie, Connor and Becca Boyd and Sean and Zac Taylor; a brother, Bob Creswell of Mount Gilead and many nieces and nephews. A 1938 graduate of Iberia High School, Wanda attended the Mansfield Business College and was a teletype operator during WWII. Wanda and her husband owned the Beechwold Laundromat and Erin Cleaners in Clintonville. She worked as an executive secretary for the Engineers Foundation of Ohio where she was instrumental in it's success by helping develop the organization and developing it's scholarship. She also worked for the Ohio Society for Professional Engineers. Wanda enjoyed reading and loved spending the summers at Ruggles Beach and formerly attended the Worthington United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at the Iberia Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 P.M. on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home-Mannasmith Chapel.
